I know it’s probably been asked a million times but do you need an alignment after 3” lift?
I installed strut spacers until my lift kit comes in and 33x12.50r18 -44 and my truck pulls all over the road. Never had an issue before. It’s hard to keep in straight and I’m thinking alignment? I’ve triple checked everything and it’s all good and tight

Yes. I’d rather have it riding clean and tires even than run the risk of uneven tread.

Alignments are needed after any front suspension work.

As you lift the front suspension, the caster and camber change. You need to get an alignment done to get them back into spec. If you lift it high enough, it will be impossible to get it into spec without aftermarket UCAs. If you actually lifted it 3”, you are likely into the impossible range. If so, I suggest you reduce the lift to 2” or under. This has been discussed a zillion times on here. Use your favorite internet search engine.

What everybody said. It is “common sense!” You definitely need wheel alignment after suspension lift, or suspension work. My Toyota dealer did my 3” suspension lift, with aftermarket UCAs, and wheel alignment, with no problems.:D

You may not notice it until you start getting uneven wear on your tires, and by then it is too late for the life of your tires...

After my 2 in lift the alignment guy had the hardest time making the tires straight because factory alignment setting don’t apply any more.

The factory alignment spec still applies. The challenge is that there are limitations to the amount that the alignment can be adjusted and lifting the truck moves you towards the limit.
