8.75" Axle Truss

Since no one makes an axle truss for the 3rd gen 8.75" axle (offroad, pro, manual trans trucks), I ended up making my own.

Designed for leaf spring applications, so it has U-bolt pockets that are fully boxed for strength and corrosion mitigation (can't get water and mud packed into the truss).
Started with 3D scanning, then a bunch of CAD time, then sent out all the files to get CNC cut and bent, and then welded it all on and finally got it back under the truck this weekend.
I've built a lot of things but this one was particularly fun, possibly because the fitment of parts was so spot on that I could really get to enjoy the welding portion
