    Im kinda more worried about getting a lift before I get the spare mount and everything. I was planning on getting a high lift but I realized its not necessarily what I need. I just want a 3 inch lift.

    That is a well built tire carrier. Such a quick change of heart. That carrier does look out of place for your stock TACO. It will be awesome after a lift, rims/tires, and full size matching spare.
