I'm hoping to do this in my house haha if I ever got a working compressor there's potential to sell thousands of them in just my lil corner of the state

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Sounds pretty doable. Servicing them as more are out in the world could become daunting for a one man job tho

Luckily every company has a department to do that for you, swapping battery's or whatever. If someone were to really do it I'd get higher quality components in bulk to keep cost down a bit, and still be reliable

Not the "correct" way to draw that, but it'll do. Looks like if the compressor is on, both fans are on. Only thing I dont see is where to land the incoming positive supply, neutral goes to terminal A1. It would make sense for positive to go to the top of the breaker, but that's not what is shown.

Does the pressure switch stop the compressor on high PSI or start it on low PSI?

I'd bet low, no idea how it really works

That would be worth figuring out haha. If it starts it on low psi, then the question turns to what stops the compressor once the high limit is reached?

What is this panel for, exactly?

Im greatful any time i find equipment wired like that. Most the shit i work on is 20+ years old hacked together or has gone multiple ems upgardes. Or new and everything is on tiny connectors on boards buried in the back of a unit

Only initially. Once you get a working design you can either reproduce it you self or hire someone

My first serious gf in high school drove a Cavalier in 2002, this is so on point lol.

I found out some years later that it caught fire on her and burned to the ground on the side of the road after the guy she dated after me put in a stereo system and somehow fucked up the wiring.

More to the point I guess haha

Small leak turned into a very big leak in the PS this morning in the work parking lot... dumped atf all over the passenger header. Seems like it may have been the high pressure line? Or one of the fittings, hopefully not the pump.
