When I purchased it in 2021 I had to have the following repaired.
Small leak at rear roof seam. Had the rear seam resealed with camper roofing tape and silicone. Also had the rest of the seams and windows resealed. As with models like this, there is a small amount of delamination on the exterior walls.


At that time I was informed that the front lower nose was also a known weak point on these models. Newer models have exterior diamond plate because of this. I had the interior structure removed, surfaces resealed, and rebuilt with vinyl engineered panels to reinforce and rebuild the lower nose. No issues since. Please see the pictures.


The original inline water pump had failed, very common, had it and the bypass junctions replaced.


The Original Decals are not in great condition, please see the pictures, some are faded, some are cracked, and the rear cover shows fading and sun damage. This looks like its over 10 years old, because it is.


The original stovetop was nonfunctional and installed a new Camplux 2 burner stove, replaced gas line and fittings.
Had the AC serviced in 2021, had a full vacuum draw down and new oil/freon installed. Blows very cold.

The AC cover was damaged when I purchased it. I repaired the cover with a plastic/fiberglass repair kit. Damage is on the rear of the cover.

Replaced all exterior running and brake lights replaced, rewired, and resealed with upgraded LED lights.
Replaced all interior light fixtures with LEDs.


I installed a swing arm mounted TV, the powered antenna does get a lot of channels, there are cables to hook up at campgrounds, we used a fire stick.


There are multiple mounted storage options, and there is a quarter round lip above the microwave that fits sterilite containers perfectly, I can include them.


Above the sink, there is perfect storage for shoebox sized plastic containers (Dollar Tree), can include a few. Will include the storage nets and tension rods.


Will include Jack tools, antisway arm, 30 amp cord and 15 amp adapter, partially full propane tank, and a good deep cycle battery. We do have foam sleeper toppers that can be included as well.
Includes 1-1/4in receiver on the rear for bike racks
Includes dump hose, sprayer, blackout panels for the windows and more!
