2013 Gray Tacoma TRD Sport

Bought a 2013 Sport recently with 177k miles and have noticed that the front intermittently vibrates when the transmission is in park. The rpm doesn’t change, just a slight shake. From my research it seems like it may be motor mounts? Is there any way to confirm?
