2nd Gen Custom Sail panels with ScanSpeak Beryllium tweeters

Spent some time on these to try and make them look as factory and clean as possible. To get custom work to adhere to factory oem panels usually of some sort of abs plastic I start off with an epoxy plastic filler used for bumper repairs called a Polyvance rigid 2020T hard set filler. I rough up the factory panel with 60 grit sand paper and then make some deep knife cuts into the panel. After laying on a layer of the 2020T hardset filler and allowing it to cure the adhesion foundation it offers allows for build up of various polyester fiberglass reinforced fillers such as Duraglas or Evercoat Everglass.....I finish up with SEM Texture spray and top coat...
