    my fiance has really bad allergies. he takes zyrtec and singular every day and gets shots every two weeks. po thang!

    The local honey that people have mentioned really does work.

    The other things that have kept my allergies at bay are Alkalol and, I'm not kidding here, a really good chiropractor.

    At least give the Alkalol a shot. It's an OTC nasal rinse that's been around since the 1800s and really does work. Worth a try for the $8 is costs for a bottle, plus like $5 for the dispenser.
