TacomaLifestyle really drops the ball.

I have the same problem with them ordered some skit plate stickers and grille sticker from them and its been 3 weeks and still no response not even a email or anything

 

Yeah Tacoma Lifestyle's customer service consists of me emailing them about my jacked up order, and them leaving me on read. I've emailed them over and over and have gotten no real answer. One bot stated they'd get back to me last week, but they haven't. I won't be doing business with this company anymore and I'd recommend no one else do so either. There are other reputable companies that have good customer service.

 

Tacoma lifestyle is by far the worst vendor I have ever had to deal with and I don't mean in just tacoma products, The customer support wont respond for days at a time, I asked them to cancel an order and not only did they not but instead they ended up shipping something else.

Yep. I sent back the two wrong orders I recently received, and I have never gotten a refund, an acknowledgment, an FU, nothing. Done with these fools.

odd. They tend to give me a gift card when they make a goof. I got pretty well taken care of when they took my order for SSO which has been bought out by new management.
I found messaging them on socials can be more helpful but after your experience I wouldn’t blame you from just moving on to another company.

you can always utilize your credit card to dispute the charges if you never received your item. Furthermore, I think if you get something you didn’t order you are actually able to just keep it as a “gift”

Right!! I dealth with them a few months ago when I bought a lensun solar panel, I understand there are delays I do and I was fine and the customer support was very kind at the time but they kept pushing it back and then eventually stopped responding overall. The package showed up out of the blue one day finally.

 

Ive had close to 10 orders now through tacomalifestyle and havent had a single issue. 1 order was split into two deliveries but the wait time wasnt horrible to recieve them. If i had to gripe about anything, it would be my first couple orders had stickers with them, recent ones have not hahaha

 

I have been waiting 5 weeks and had the same problem. There is no phone number to call. You just text them and they say another week. I ordered driver side grab handle and when I did they said it was in stock. Very disappointed with Tacoma Lifestyle.
