Not too much of a story. A friend had this bottle but isn't a huge 4 Roses guy. He gave me really good value in a trade

Difficult to find outside of KY. The whiskey is decent, a mix of different ages. I was worried it would be too sweet or overwhelming on the brandy notes. For $65 a bottle, it’s solid. A little more proof bite than I had expected. I’d say it’s a good buy at the price point. It’s a unique finished whiskey that’s good for an occasional pour

I had to keep after it for about 20 minutes but got through. Several hours later got an email, sorry, site is down due to the 15 year, working on it. Little late! Apparently this keeps happening with their big releases.

Well now, here is a unique one. Few, collaboration with Smashing Pumpkins. Infused with some Madame Zuzu's tea. It has some of the typical Few notes (corn tortillas, dates, good lingering finish). The tea notes aren’t perfumey. The tea adds the taste of old tobacco leaf, leather, and reminds me of an old corn crib. It’s good, I really like it. Very unique, which is my thing. Check out Fews Rye, it’s very good and delivers over it’s 90 proof

This offering from Craft Distiller Fillibuster in Virginia is a damned home run. Fred Minnick gave it a big thumbs up, and it won the world whiskey awards. Very mild up front, which for a five year is hard to attain. It’s not fruity like a Buffalo Trace or MGP product. It’s dark, almost a bit saline up front. Mid palate is prune, leather, and roasted walnut. It’s really, really definitive and mellow. This is a damned incredible bottle. I emailed the owner, and am seeing if I can purchase a case. Sid is an Indian immigrant, and had several offerings that missed the mark. This is incredible. Seriously, one of the best pours I’ve had this year. If this 5 year offering is this damned good, can’t wait to try higher proof 10 year

Never tried the Pepper, what do you think of it? It was on the shelf down the street in the way overpriced allocated glass case. Could I enquire what you paid for it?

Great price, best I saw was $100 online and that sold out in a minute. Consider snagging one.
