Amplifier ohm question

    This is the amp in question. It’s rated to run at 4ohm and 2ohm.

    can you wire amplifiers to run 4ohm front components…but run 2ohm out of the sub channel to run a dual 4ohm voice coiled subwoofer wired in parallel?

    In nearly all 5ch amps, you can do what you’re asking; 4ohm door speakers and a 2ohm sub.
    I understand the hesitance because their manual sure makes it seem like you CANT do that. It shows that it’s either all 2ohm, or all 4ohm

    Yeah that’s what threw me off. Seemed like I had to either run every channel at 4ohm or 2ohm. I’d like to run the sub channel at 2ohm so I can put some more power to the sub I’m considering
