I happen to have one of the @BamBeds platforms and I did have to notch one of the boards to fit with my TC stiffeners.
    Works great

Looks like a pretty dialed setup! Which brings me to the next question (and reason I edited the thread title); any suggestions on bare minimum of what to add/mod to the stock suspension if I'm adding say a Leer 180?

i ran a rack with a tent on for a few years. when i bought an alucab shell and sold the rack, i decided it was time to get stiffeners. i went with the total chaos setup since they are the most recommended. my bed was a little out of square already so i had to work from the bottom up to make the stiffeners work.

they total chaos dont cause any interference for what i do and the additional tie downs by the tailgate are super handy.

i'll probably get a new leaf pack at some point. it definitely feels a little saggy in the back but i don't drive too much.

it sounds like you could also do an add a leaf as a temporary fix, but new leaf packs seem to be the best bet

An add a leaf worked great for me until I put on full skids and a big rear bumper.
