Hi everyone. This post is a sequel to my last. For a detailed explanation of my issue. I own an 01 tacoma , 4X4 3.4L manual transmission beast. I've been running a supercharger for over a year without proper fuel tuning. And the day finally came where the cylinder 2 piston literally welded itself to the combustion chamber. I never saw anything like it. So I rolled up my sleeve and rebuilt the motor myself from the bearings out. Got it to start but idle crazy high. Couldn't figure it out and took it to a shop in Colorafo Springs called Speed Workz. Normally I wouldn't put a shop on blast but this is deserved.
I had picked up a lucrative contract in Telluride for my cement mixer that I planned on starting in June. This all started in early May. When I finished the build. My Tacoma is pulling my camper and everything I need out there. So it HAS to be MINT.
S.W (Speed Workz) figures out that my penny pinching ways screwed me and the block had to be professionally machined with the heads. My bad!!. I expressed I needed the truck to be done by June, 1. No problem I was told. Which is doable I did it in a week. The motor is taken out and sent to the machine shop in a day. (AWESOME!!!). So the days and soon weeks go by. June comes and no word. I put the pressure on them. I push the contract out further. Middle of June comes and I Finally hear they get the motor back. I get a call the next day the supercharger is jammed up. WTF. Sure as shit the nose will not turn after a certain point. I file a warranty claim and get that sorted out. Now we are in July and I still don't have a working truck back. I'm putting pressure on the shop and I'm hearing excuses and whining on his problems. So I pull my truck out and aim to get it going myself. I mean I know that truck like the back of my hand. I've done 2 rebuilds myself and 2 motor swaps. I've had it for 2 weeks and I can't figure out for the life of me what the hell is keeping this truck from firing. It's got new Everything. Headers, Exhaust, plugs, fuel pump, wires, coils pistons, bearings, Valves, Radiator with electric fan, Water Meth injection, Cold air intake, hardware, Fuel filter, Harmonic balancer, Clutch. Camshaft Timing marks are on point. There are no busted teeth off the timing gear. Cranking and cranking it I don't smell Fuel which is verified that I don't have fuel pressure. I'm getting power to all the coils, to the plugs, to all of the fuses, Crankshaft sensor is good, Camshaft sensor is good. I have doubts about my grounds being connected properly. Spark plug wire orientation is right, I've checked all sensors, I can't verify spark or fuel pressure though. I'm getting power to all ignition parts, I can't figure out why I have no fuel pressure. I'm a grown ass man that's Gouna let a truck make him cry. This is ridiculous. To top it off I'm due in Telluride on Monday. No ifs or buts about it. Or I forfeit the contract. I need HELP!!!!!!!

Try starting spray in the intake manifold. Maybe a bad fuel pump fuse or wire. Look in the connector in the cab under driver seat. The contacts can burn up. Bad fuel pump?

Starting fluid will get it to cough like it wants to fire but never does. New fuel pump its AEM high flow. I can trace the wires down and see what's up. I noticed when I crank the Crankshaft bolt I hear a sucking sound from the oil pump. I've never noticed that before is that normal

If starting fluid doesn't start it then you've got a timing/spark issue.
