    It’s probably tapped off your tail light and definitely was for a 3rd brake light in a shell/“canopy”/“camper”.

    I would remove the tail light, remove those taps before (probably already are) corroded. Clean it up and seal it up with some good electrical tape. Even better would be to de-pin the sockets and put adhesive lined heat shrink tubing over it to really seal it back up.
