I'd say your best option is a relay box (or several relay boxes) like the Bussmann boxes that have been mentioned. Each one will have a power bus, a ground bus, relay triggers (that go to your existing switches) and power and ground leads to go to your lights or other accessories. I do build and sell them if building one yourself is more than you want to bite off.

How many circuits do you have in total?

    what are those?
good info, i have some reading to do, i still have more to add, i have hood solar panels to install that i cant install until it warms up a bit in canada here so i think honestly the bigger the better based on how things have been going. I like the blue seas but the relay thing may be a deal breaker unless i got a panel that would have a relay holder on it as well.

You can definitely get panels with space for relay boxes and fuse panels, this is the setup in my truck, you could definitely fit a fuse-only panel on it as well.

holy crap! and I thought I had a mess under hood! i just trimmed up like 5 grounds and cleaned up some leads at the battery, id get some bus bars or a fuse panel so you only have 1 lead to the battery and everything else would go to that.

It sounds like you might be well served with a combination of panels but you can definitely clean things up. I’d start by labeling each wire then decide which panel it goes to. Locate the panels and then shorten or extend as needed.

It's not perfect but thought I would post a pic of it in almost cleaned up state...I overdid the fuse panel wiring with 1 guage I would suggest something more flexible

It's cleaned up more in the back... I had to pull my sos booster and reinstall since I left the booster rod too long
