Currently my 2021 taco is nearing 45k miles and have been going to the dealer every 5k miles and getting basic maintenance done(oil changes/rotations/multi point checks/alignments/brakes). Done some decent/heavy off-roading so far. I use the Toyota maintenance guide as a reference for the most part. I don’t trust dealers to suggest important stuff at regular intervals but I go to them because I am not very handy with cars

Taking my truck for the next service tomorrow. I am planning to get the differential and TC fluid change since they suggested it last time and I passed on it.

By this number of miles , what must have been definitely checked or rather replaced ?

    Thanks in advance

Basically just front and rear diff fluids. TC oil for extreme use… if not extreme use, replace at 60k.

Sounds like your dealer is giving correct recommendations.
