This is still just follow-ups for me. There was no signs of a heart attack or anything serious back in April when I had the palpitations. It’s just taken a long time to get in with a cardiologist, almost a month. He’s looked at the ER EKG and his office EKG and doesn’t see anything that concerns him. Had me wear a monitor for a week, I did log a few times when I felt palpitations and he wants to see how many PVC's I have. Today’s echo was to do some measurements and check my valves. Follow up with the cardiologist again next month.

 

Just got a call from the pharmacist at the cancer center. They kept increasin̈g the dosage on my carvetalog (BP) I've had several falls lately, and 2 fainting events. It turns out those are the major known side effects of the med.

I'm tired of crashing into the floor.

Oddly, it has had no effect on my BP... which was not high to begin with

It pays to do your research on possible side effects of all prescribed meds

 

Had to climb 11 ladders to the CDO to get a signature, walk down 11 ladders and hang the tag, turn off the water, climb 11 ladders to get permission from the CDO to pull the tag and walk back down 11 ladders to..................guess what? Pull the F(#^&^%%$ tag. LMAO

Starting to cool off finally it's only 89° feels like 96° and a nice breeze !!!

I'm actually sitting in my back patio right now and feels very comfortable

 

2000 piece puzzle. That describes my life since marriage.

 

Us living in AC most of the time, we get spoiled. My wife and I were just remembering when we didn’t have AC, we were much younger

as a young child I recall my folks talking about red squirrels in the attic…..

So,e poor bastard is gonna find a bunch of cut off stuff in the attic some day….after I’m gone..

the real fun happened later in this beaut:

 

When Sandy and I first met, we had a one room apartment with Single bed, no a/c, and fixed everything in a microwave. Life got better when I found a window a/c that leaked all over the fĺoor.
Now we have 2600', central air that'll freeze you out, a kitchen that would please Gordon Ramsey, a California king bed, and we still complain sometimes.

And there's days I'd like to go back to those early times.
