As you can see the 2nd gen taco double cab has vents on the floorboard for heater duty during winter. I glassed around these vents. Look to the pictures for details on providing proper taping off of areas to lay out and laminate your fiberglass. I used four layers of chopped mat which offers enough strength and is low profile enough to give you ability to mount your amps under seats. I glassed in wooden risers to give the amps a level/stable foothold for screws to secure the amps down with.....This time I milled out vent holes into the back kick plate for better cooling since the sub amp is drawing the most current. It doesn't look as clean as it does in person only because it isn't quite sorted out yet, but it will be and the "final" installation pics will be offered later.

Today's amp technologies offer smaller footprints that 20 years ago would have been impossible to squeeze under seats I am doing now. A three amp Active powered system is totally feasible with clever, experienced fabrication skill and capable of over 2000 RMS watts total of excellent, clean power. Thanks for looking.....Get your fabrication skill on and message me for help if you are struggling.......See my other threads...
