265/70r17 is the perfect size for stock 3rd gen Tacomas

    Have had 265/70r17 KO3 tires on my Tacoma for over 500 miles and I am extremely pleased with the size, one size up from stock, and still retains 22.6mpg (highway driving around 75mph) calculated. Parked mine next to a coworker's Jeep Gladiator Rubicon (stock height and stock tire size of 285/70r17). While looking slightly smaller and lower, it doesn't get over shadowed by the Rubicon, I love the look of the Tacoma but I will admit that I still think the Jeep Gladiator rubicons do look slightly better in stock form.
