When I went to that county meeting where they were gonna approve/deny the new hood piece, I learned they had no actual authority to deny shit... fucking dog/pony show to act like they give a fuck.

And they had already voted on the issue before the meeting began, the meeting where they were to take public input and then decide....

They did ask the developer about the lots I had questioned and that fat fuck didn't know shit about any of the lots or the overall property.

I found even more dirt when I realized the county was going out of their way to notify the original developer that his permits were about to expire . . . repeatedly.
If you can't keep track of your business assets that is your problem - why is the government chasing you down and say shit??
That part of the hood should have lost permitting back in 2013!!! The permits would not be granted under laws enacted in 2017...


The whole thing was maddening.
But I have wound up with 1/3 of the houses (5-6) vs 15 so . . .
