Well, not really any new shenanigans here... crossed 94k last night






I did get my hands on this a few days ago for a drive

There it is.

 

100,000 mile service today.... the first time this thing has been off since 2018

been lazy

new boots. have to do the other side in a few weeks because the boot is on it's way out

 

I forgot to post my axle boot bandaid because when I finally ordered the boot kit, it was on backorder. Limped around like this for 2 weeks, and yes, it worked contrary to what people thought... no leakage past the cellophane.

Got another opportunity to shoot a suppressed M107 A1 20" barrel

built a bed rack for the luggage carrier that I restored a while back. will be using for Thanksgiving vacation trip.

 

Finally got me a nice wheel for my spare and ditched the steelie

 

Went and roamed the neighborhood looking for people stuck.. People are actually smart today and staying home... that and it's a holiday.... yeah, that's probably it.

 

I bought Mrs 11TRDTX a new (to us) ride today.

2020 with 26k miles.




The old '07 4Runner had 223,000 miles and served us very well for the last 17 years. She was very much due for something WAY newer. I gotta give the glory to God. He put it all in place in His time; so much, that a good friend of mine bought the 4Runner from us this morning.

It had 10 when I bought it.

 

So had the idea a while back to convert my OBA setup into a twin compressor setup. I got the heat shield off of a car that had been rear-ended and used the undamaged section. I stuck the quick connect through the grill. Don't look too close... project was low budget







And the metal angle pieces are from that bed rack build....
