Everything LEGO thread!

Lego 8858 when I was a kid was my first real playable set, could fit the posable figures. I had some different longer cording and that winch could hold like 2 feet of that cording. use to recover some other sets I had. one day at my grandparents house ,my grandpa showed me how to rig basically a snatch-block using some other pieces and that was pretty cool as a kid. little did I know that would trick me into learning something. id use often as a teen

 

Another quick project. Going to a show in Sioux Falls in a month, wanted something new for display.

 

And done. Apart from having to backtrack to fix an error, I enjoyed this build. And on a sad note, I'm running out of room on my shelves.
