    Morning, everyone!

The weather here is calling for rain this late afternoon/ evening but tomorrow is looking like I should be able to get more painting done.

I'm about to start loading up one old and one new stand up paddleboard to see how they compare to decide if we're keeping the new ones.

Then I hear that my niece and her friend(s) might be joining us so now I'm supposed to bring all 4. Should only take me an hour to get them all inflated.

    Done!

I’ll sweep every now and then, vacuumed a time or two, open all the doors and fire up the blower, that’s what gets it best :D

Ours does as well with two cats. We can clean the whole house good and then there’s more. I think I’ll fire up the blower next time :anonymous:

I hardly ever vacuum, I mostly sweep, then use the airgun. Yesterday I was using the leaf blower on the concrete outside the shop with the doors open and ended up inside for a bit of touch up.

I also used a floor scrubber in the shop once. :anonymous:

Yesterday was a bit of a bust. My plan was to grit blast a set of winter wheels for the youngest. I bought a pressure washer driven blaster from Amazon a while back, and he brought some media over the other day.

I've had a pressure washer gun from the hoarder's house and found enough fittings to make a stubby gun for the occasion. Put it together, tested it, it leaks live a sieve. Opened it up to find some manufacturing fraud on the only critical surface the thing has. :annoyed:
    IMG_20240719_142143.jpg

Fine, it's a bit long, but I'll use my normal gun. Three hours later, still couldn't get the :censored: sandblaster to siphon sand.
    IMG_20240719_142856.jpg

At least the concrete got blown off.

Seems like those suction-type sand blasters never work right. There's been a number of threads trying to get them going...

I haven't seen the pressure washer adapter before.

HF has a pressure vessel version for $80, could that be adapted to blow into the water stream?

I've got an upcoming project that despite cleaning and priming, I think I'm going to need to strip back down to bare metal before finish-coating to remove any rust, and water sand blasting ought to be a little cleaner

Did a little trailer repair/ mod today. Someone borrowed my trailer and destroyed my lights.
Really not his fault. Tilting the trailer up drives the lights into the ground. So I raised the lights 4 1/2 inches.
    I think she’s good now..
