I didn’t get to finish it yesterday had a brief intermission at the emergency room. Mom fell and got a little gash on her forehead but she’s fine. She’s stitched up and glued up and back at home. But it was a must that the flower be transplanted into a bigger pot no matter how hot it was. She’s done as she’s pleased for 89 years not much chance of steering her in a different direction now.

You've gotta admit: your half of the species aren't necessarily known for their backing prowess. With that said, I know guys that couldn't put a truck under a camper without knocking it off the jacks. I can imagine, though, how annoying it would be.

When I first bought my Tacoma, I started putting decals on the rear window to commemorate every place we visited. Now the window is covered with fade stickers.
Today they start to go away.

Yesterday I went for a 250 mile motorcycle ride, sort of a spur of the moment thing. Ex-SIL (brother's ex) said: 'c'mon out to the campsite'. I figured WTH. She recently got the news that it appears she beat the big "C"! Surgery/chemo/radiation and now a maintenance drug for 5 years or so.

While we were talking, she said there was other news: my nephew, who currently drives one of those 'Brown' trucks, got offered a management job with UPS. The new job will require a move to ND, but he's excited (and somewhat apprehensive at the same time).

So, it was a good day.
