Not really up on these but mine has a D shaped plug, not sure if the round one will work.

    CAUTION: Rant Ahead!

Warn has them. 2 types of 2' extensions. They want $100 for one and $150 for the other. for a piece of wire with molded plugs. Fer crimminey sakes! They want for a wireless control that you use an app with your phone only $89. Extensions for other winches run $20 - $30. So no, I don't want to spend that much. Also, 2' may be too short.

    TLDR:
I'm looking for an aftermarket extension that works with a Warn EVO winch. I'm ok with a DIY built.

how are your wiring skills? You could easily cut the control wire you have, extend the wires, solder, and heat shrink around the connections to whatever length you want. It’s just signal wire so it won’t pose a fire risk due to the splice. That would be your cheapest and most customized to what you need.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

The EVO originally came equipped with a wireless remote. They had all sorts of problems and Warn changed to a hard wired controller. That has a 20' or there-a-bouts cable that plugs into the controller. I did consider I could just plug the control cable into the winch and stash the 20' of cable somewhere under the hood and unplug the controller, but that seems a little hinky to me. I thought maybe somebody around here found an aftermarket cable that works or DIY'd one.
