I was one of the original pre-order people, and waited over a year for the handle. Then I broke my leg, and couldn't do the install for months after the handle actually arrived. Mine came with a missing or wrong size hardware piece, I don't recall. She sent me an entire new hardware set to rectify that situation. I used a clipnut that I had in my parts drawer for the actual install, after reading of issues that somepeople had with the clipnut that came in the kit. Look at my posts in the thread I linked for more details and pics.

I'm probably going to be doing something like this, to give out an old idea. The lack of driver side handle does become annoying, and the 23 I got doesn't even have mounting points on the pillar any more. This, and lack of decent bed tie downs is what I'm getting moving on as my most worthy complaints lately.

... and this shouldn't matter much if you mount it at the old handle location during an airbag explosion woohoo (ETA... because it's just paracord rope if you can't make it out)

What I’d consider stupid and costly is that rivet gun and that inserted screw. Yep, I tried it and it but the combo never got as tight as the top bolt.

I picked up some good u-clips from auto store for a few bucks and solved the problem.

That's what burned me on the window module. She's the only one that makes it but in the fine print on the last tab on the page does she note it was only tested on her specific truck (which doesn't have a sunroof). My truck which has a sunroof was a no-go with the module, so I had to eat a restock fee.

My grab handle lower cover never fit well, I used some 3M VHB and it's still not great. 2-3 years later my top cover pops off in a fit of joy every 2-3 minutes I drive the truck. Some VHB fixed that okay-ish, but the fit still leaves a bit to be desired. I struggled with the install, but I will agree it's solid.

"Hey, the level of service really sucked and it was a huge pain in the ass and I only got my stuff after I complained, but can't we bring her back so she can treat other people the way she treated me and everyone can just be nice about it?" o_O

It is funny that other TW vendors have no problem test fitting parts with multiple folks and strive to test all configurations.

This far in and I also still notice the quality issues on mine. Thankfully, the covers remain in place. In general, having the left handle is the to just balance out my need for symmetry.

Ditto. But not before I sheared the rivet overtightening it and had to drill it out while keeping metal shavings out of the airbag....
