2023 PTO owner- ⚠️ light is on and no messages connected to it

⚠️ light came on, no messages except see dealer soon. This is a 2023 and I'm on 17,900 Miles- why would the 4500 maintenance mike come on now?
Any one have this happen? I've heard ac recent oil change, new tire check, and no problem other then the recall that was a glitch-
Our dealership takes months to answer the phone let alone get me in.. also I didn't purchase at dealership, so this will cost $$$$ for what's probably a glitch.. any mechanics in here that can assist?
My SIL is a mechanic and thinks ac reset to see what happens night be ok, but also with all the re calls and etc, maybe better to be safe?
Second opinion please.

 

They might not have reset the oil change reminder. Can you take a photo of the warning light?
