What is this hose?

    '13 limited taco
    3” level kit front, Dakar HD w/ Billy B110’s, 1.25” spidertrax, 265/70r18 Falken Wildpeaks AT3W
    When I drained coolant from passenger side of engine block I noticed this hose. Is it supposed to be connected to something?

    2006 Tacoma Access Cab, 2.7L, 4x4, Manual Transmission
    President McKinley w/KLM 203P and threw the roof antenna, ICON RXT leaf spring packs (position 2), Bilsteen 5100s, ARE Camper Shell, Pop & Lock tail gate, Dash Cam
    AC drain line. Recommend you put a barb fitting on it and add some hose to it. Zip tie it down your truck so it drains below you cab and frame.
