Fuel Induction Service...Uh, what

    Did the last prepaid dealer service and they reported "Carbon Buildup" and needing fuel Induction service. Uh...$250 bucks, no thanks. Anyone know how to deal with this on the owner side. Any comments are welcome.

    Don't need to do anything... I'd say the dealer didn't actually find "carbon buildup" and this is just a money maker for them.

    They found cash buildup in your wallet and wanted to help offload some of it for you.
    My buddies are dealer techs and this is one of the items they refer to as a “wallet flush”.

    Yup. I asked why there are different service reps everytime I go in. They must get exhausted from lying to customers and quit. Loves my truck.
