1st Gen 2WD tires

    Currently have Michelin Defender LTX and they haven’t been bad. I’ve picked up a lot of screws and not sure if that is just bad luck or if the tread is more prone to that happening?

    Thankfully the place I got the tires from has free repairs for that.

    I don’t drive off road. I use the truck as my daily driver/work truck.

    I currently have 265/75R16

    I’m in the SF Bay Area so no snow here, rain is sparse.

    Anyone have recommendations on a tire? I could go with the Defenders again but curious if other folks either had the Defender and then went with something else or have had good luck with another tire.
