That's what I was hoping for, lol

    Instead of guessing.

I'll buy a shit load of the magnets assuming it's 4 per anvil base and 2 per shaft base.

    Then I'll get you a count of how many 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" ratchets I have . It's kind of ridiculous:anonymous:

Hey, you're organized. I just toss everything in a drawer and hope it shuts.

My OCD wouldn't allow that. However for most of my adulthood I only had three ratchets. The 1/4', 3/8" and 1/2" pieces of crap that came with my mid-90s Craftsman mechanics set.

Got by with just those three ratchets for 20+ years... hating every second I used them. So I figured I'd "upgrade" by buying my first new ratchet in 20+ years... an Icon 3/8s from Harbor Freight. Turns out it's just a more expensive piece of crap.

So I ended up going down the Made in Japan rabbit hole.

There could be worse things to be addicted to than hand tools....

I'm still turning the mid 80's Craftsman set. All 3 sizes. :D

    That's awesome.

    Overall thoughts? Any refinements?

I wonder if you could shave off a little of the anvil holder so it could accommodate bigger heads/roto heads. Or would that make it too prone to breaking with such a thin edge?

Also for the handle/shaft holder to soften the valley so that flat handles (like yours) nests in it as well as rounded and larger comfort grip handles?

That's PLA. I had another project going and ran this right after to see how it looked.
I'll do another in PETG tomorrow, just for kicks to see if it's the same. It's a good benchmark print.

That is the 1/4" drive size, there are two more files for 3/8" and 1/2"
Maybe, it's a one size fits all for the handles. If I can import to Tinkercad, I can flatten out the V, but it sits pretty good as is. I mean it's not gonna jump out or switch places with the others.

Nope. I'm doing laundry, so it smells like fabric softener. :p
This stuff is pretty low odor. I'm too old for it to do any harm to me.

Getting the house painted next week.

Looking for some sort of low profile channel solution to hide this “who gives a crap about quality” install by Xfinity.

    Anyone have ideas?

I’m looking at channel raceways but everything I click on seems to be for interior/office. Obviously need something that will withstand the elements.

Saw a mouse a few days ago, prolly trying to get out of the heat.
Set traps, green pellets, etc. Checked daily, nothing.
Archer was very adamant about having me go outside and look at something this morning.
He caught that mouse, had placed it in the center of the yard and was quite proud of himself.

    @Madjik_Man

Give me some quantities and colors, I got filament showing today and a long hot weekend to do this. It takes 3.5 hours to print what you see here. :)
Black, Silver, Red, Blue and Orange and Green are the choices.
