For those interested, I'm gathering names for the next batches of committed buyers.

    Here's a mock-up for those interested -

I'd love to see some installed pics. I gave up searching in the 28 pages of the for sale thread. Thanks!

All the information you'll ever need to know is on page one.

As for install, once the member (that has the only set I've ever made) installs his, I'll be updating the first page to post pictures.

The above pictures here are how they go together on the driver side.

I use 7 gauge mild steel all throughout, whereas the discontinued set used 8 in most places.

Lastly, I implemented the use of slots on one key piece to ease with installation as I noticed other reviews stated the need to drill holes larger than expected due to parts not lining up correctly.

As for the whole 28 pages? Friendly discussion about add-ons, mock up in 16 gauge, additional mock up in 3/16", hardware discussions and more.

I like to involve the TW community to offer something everyone will benefit from.

90% of the product is invisible once installed. Only visible change is whatever exterior bracket you select

I got bored...measured the surface area.

226.86" square inches total, leaving the tie down bracket option at 34.80" square inches meaning 85% of the total kit is hidden behind the bed :anonymous:

    Wow this looks nice.

I hope my bed isn’t FUBAR from being on a second set of stiffeners with different holes having been drilled in already

Your overall product design is mad legit, it looks multiple times (? 3x? 4x? 7x?) stiffer than many competing so-called bed-stiffeners, and super cool that it's mostly hidden.

My only nitpick is that I hate the habit of manufacturers/fabricators laser-cutting their logos and names into the working area of the parts. At least 5 out of 10 instances of that, it is WEAKENING THE PART SIGNIFICANTLY. Stop cutting useful metal out of the load-bearing areas of parts.

Definitely don’t like that either,I have seen some decent bumpers that i would not buy just because of it.

The finished product from kwikfab looks like this, with the tie down point being optional.

This is the thread on on the kwikfab set.
After the current preorders are fulfilled I believe he’s going to be making them as they are requested? I know it’s a huge thread, but if you go back a page or five from the most current post he talks about it, if you guys are interested.
