Steering rattle

    2009 Toyota Tacoma 4x4
    Lift 33s
    Since I have owned my truck it has had this steering rattle that sounds like it is coming from under the dash and I have replaced my steering shaft with the rag joint, witch did not change the problem. The steering feels tight on smooth roads but starts rattling on dirt and bumpy roads. I cannot find any play in anything when the truck is on a lift.
