You're doing it wrong. You're supposed to start by coming on here and putting the vendor on blast, followed closely by calling the vendor and making all kinds of unreasonable demands like you're their only customer.

Oh, and you could also wait until a couple of people reply, then start calling them snowflakes.

I had a package do that a couple of months back. No obvious reason. Maybe some sorter couldn't remember which bin went where. Like said, give it another day or two. Maybe contact the vendor and mention what you're seeing and ask them if there is anything they can do from their end.

First, I’d recommend removing the tracking data in your first post to protect your personal information. Order number is safe to share publicly but address and tracking info is semi private in my opinion and you want to be careful. I’ve been the victim of identity theft so I’m maybe a little extra cautious.

a DM (direct message via start a conversation) is the safe way to share personal information.

I’m traveling this weekend but would like to follow up on this on Monday. If it’s a simple item I can probably send a second one since it’s been a while.

I was just telling my friend about how USPS took 4 weeks to get some 15 lb weight plates to me from Florida. And I had to pick them up and wasted over an hour doing so. Sometimes USPS really isn’t good at this.

most of the time everything ships smoothly though and they are hands down the best prices on the size and weight I need. You’ll notice that I charge very little for shipping, I probably lose on some items but try to pass it as a straight cost.
