Has anybody installed a refer/fridge with a hard tonneau cover?

Looking to get one, on a slider preferably, but the height appears to be a limiting factor. With the OEM cover, I'm limited to approximately 18" high for the refer/slider combo.

There's no way the ARB combo will fit, not to mention it's $2500 total.
