Clean looking way to add more buttons below HVAC?

My Taco seems to have all the spaces filled. I may want to add heated seats at some point, and I like the OEM style controls, but I'd need two free button spots. Is there a way to modify this panel to squeeze in at least one more button (I've seen heated seat controls that use only one button space, but it's not as nice as using one for each side).

I know the OEM heated seat buttons are above the HVAC dials, but I don't think I've seen a kit that modifys this panel to add buttons in that location.

I could do without the Qi and BSM buttons, as I never use the wireless charger, and the BSM is just always on (don't see a reason I'd ever turn it off, so why even have a button for it?) Alternatively I could use the spot for the USB, and just have the usb connection be a plain USB cable that I could run up behind the dash and pop out above the head unit where my phone holder is anyway.

I've seen the aftermarket heated seat controls that go into the center console on either side of the Qi pad area, but I don't really like the look of that.

    Any other ideas?
