Gunnison Crested Butte - Mid-Long Term Truck Storage Option?

I have a 2005 Tacoma that is down an engine. I'm looking to replace it, but need a place to do the work store the truck in the meantime.

I'm currently renting so don 't have a place to store and work on it. I may have to get it back to TX ideally it stays up in CO. So -- if anyone has space in their yard, barn, etc where this could sit I'll pay rent. And if I can work on it while it is there it's a bonus. I'm in the Gunnison / CB area.

I've checked a few storage units but the 3 I called are full for the size that would fit the truck. I guess everyone stores their snowmobiles in the summer?

Overheated '05 and now will not start ... troubleshooting help?
