2009 Tacoma 4 HI light blinking and will not engage 4 wheel drive

    2009 Tacoma, 4 LO light blinking and truck will not go into 4 wheel Hi or low. I have replaced the front actuator as recommended but that did not resolve. Also, disconnected the battery to reset the 4x4 ECU as was recommended. Any ideas as to what to check next?
