Does anyone have any experience with the Tacoma Lifestyle website? The good thing is they offer a military discount but the customer service is shit. I tried to cancel an expensive heavy item 15min after placing it. Once they responded they said they do not cancel items. I received it and have been trying to get it back to them before 30 days. Been getting the run around.

I also checked on some Roam cases before placing the order. They ensured me they were in stock but a month later and no cases and no info on the ship date. They charged for the full price of the cases. Now I just want to cancel and can’t get a response.

I think this website is great for seeing what’s out there for mods but never order from them. Just order straight from the manufacturer. I learned my lesson the hard way.

 

No experience with that company, but cancelling the Roam order is an easy fix. Just contest it with your CC company. They'll instantly credit you the amount and all you have to do is say you didn't receive product you paid for. As far as the heavy item goes, I'm not sure how to handle that.

Thanks for the reply. I have been trying to get my issues resolved. It’s unfortunate there is no phone number. I’ve been sent 2 return labels for some bed sliders I ordered. Both return labels do not work. As USPS says the package dimensions are too big and it needs to be shipped UPS. I am trying to cancel my part of my order that was supposed to be in stock for a full refund. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Order 95992. I have never had so many issues with a merchant. I spent several thousand dollars and not satisfied with the customer service.

 

I ordered the AVS bug shield on the 6th of this month and was told today that it would be another 2 weeks...This is B.S. first and last order ever from these guys. I just may go on Facebook into all the Tacoma pages I follow and fill everyone in. They need to get their stuff straight !!! Frustrating !!!

 

Unfortunately if you search around here, there have been a lot of threads created complaining about their customer service. I believe this is the biggest one:

They do check in periodically here on TW and try to make things right but they seem to be struggling.

 

Had I known I was going to have to wait this long I would have just paid a few bucks less on Amazon and had the same part alot quicker !!!
