I normally wash engine bay with low pressure and bag up battery, fuse box, have not had this happen. Must be something electrical,

I used my garden hose low pressure all tough I have blasted plenty of engines with a high pressure power washer and never had any problems before I think you are right it has to be water shorting something but what?

Does your check engine light come on with the key on?

yes all is good except the a/c I did live data test and everything is perfect the wave pattern is nice and smooth so no worries all that happened is is put the EFI relay in the wrong place

no its full of refrigerant put a new ac pump condenser and orifice tube and expansion chamber the high low switch is fine fuses are good relay good and in the right place lol no flashing light control are good so after checking all this I think it is likely a bad connection on it just like the resistor board has or the amplifier its self I believe have I missed something?

So your blower works but the compressor isn't turning on and the A/C light comes on but isn't flashing correct?

So we need to be looking at inputs to the A/C Amplifier.

The 2 main ones are the dual pressure switch and the evaporator temp sensor.

The dual pressure switch grounds Pin 5 (Orange) of the A/C Amplifier when system pressure is in the operating range (~30-450 PSI) so need to check for a ground on that pin.

The Evaporator Temp Sensor can be checked behind the glovebox at the 2 pin connector and see if the resistance matches the chart.

The A/C Amplifier lives behind the glovebox straight up.

Being the compressor isn't turning on but the light isn't flashing I'm pretty certain we're dealing with an input problem not a compressor control side issue.

Well if it was trying to turn the compressor on but the compressor didn't come on we would have a flashing A/C light, since we don't that tells me it's not seeing the right inputs to enable the compressor.
