I purchased this

$930 Pioneer DMH-WC6600NEX Digital Multimedia Receiver with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 9" Floating Capacitive Touchscreen, Modular Double-DIN, Built-in Bluetooth, WiFi and Amazon Alexa

Pioneer DMH-WC6600NEX new last November from Crutchfield and installed it in a 2020 Tacoma. I sold the truck last month to purchase a 4Runner with a plan to move it over. After some research I do not like the way a "floating screen" sticks out in the 4Runner as it's not flush like the Tacoma.

Comes with everything it originally came with as I kept everything together as pictured: Pioneer harnesses, mounting brackets and screws, unused microphone, unused GPS antenna, unused wireless remote, unused USB cable, and USB adapter along with the owners manuals and box. The stereo was in the truck for 8-9 months.

It was installed using an iDatalink Maestro RR Interface Module and related adapters. Those are not included in this sale as they're being used to install a different stereo in the 4Runner.

Also noticed the reflection in the pictures of the screen. The reflection is of dual PC monitors mounted vertically. The screen is in perfect condition. No scratches or cracks.

Great head unit by the way. With the maestro add on pairs perfectly with the Tacoma who ever buys this .

 

Was definitely a great head unit. Would have loved to use it in the 4Runner had it not stuck out as a noticeable target for thieves.

Wish I had $750 to blow on a stereo right now but just got back from vacation and got two kids going back to college in a few days.

 

This is going to be a dumb question I know. But would I be able to run an Amp and sub off this unit?

 

An external amplifier can be connected via RCAs, yes. It has three RCA outputs: front, rear, and sub.

Or you can change it to network mode and run a 3-way speaker system from it with highs, mids, and sub.

 

Very nice head unit . It has all kinds of adjustments . I personally have a 4 channel amp on mine / separates on the front channel ,
Coax in the rear doors
Separate sub amp
10 inch in a box behind the rear seat , nice and clean sound .
