2000 Toyota Tacoma Xtracab TRD

I bought a 2000 Tacoma Xtracab (3.4 v6) TRD and the original owner has what look like rhino lined Toyota wheels with Cooper Evolution 31x10.50R15LT on it.

Is there a different stock/factory wheel and tire setup I can put on it and not cause any issues?

I don't mind the current setup put would prefer something a little less noisy for normal driving.
