I pulled it off my truck when I installed the PelfreyBilt front bumper, 4 or 5 years ago. It has never been hit, and has been sitting in my basement since then. I sold the front fascia and fog lights, so I can't help you there.

Gonna try and figure out if I can afford that fuel tank next month or not. (And also if it's going to gimp my clearance compared to the OEM tank, which probably makes it a no-go.)

 

It doesn’t hang below the frame. But, it obviously takes up more space than stock.

33.5 gallons and no clue if it fits the 3rd gen. I’m sure a quick visit to long range automotive website will confirm this for you.
