Best Topper For Tacoma PT2

Hi guys I saw another thread but i wanted to ask what Topper would y’all recommend for a 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport in color white. I’m just gonna use it for storage and need to figure out how to position stuff in the back so it doesn’t move around. I also want something that helps with no one stealing from the back. In the future I may consider putting a tent setup on top. My budget is anywhere from $1,600-2,700. I would like to spend as least a possible but i know with the market it’s not possible. I also have a question on when driving how easy is it to see out the back and if I need a camera or some device to see better. Thank you guys.
