I paid about 160 for the Boston Calling show, which is about as far as I'll go for a show. My brother in law dropped on me he never saw Metallica before so I went.

Love seeing kids at this stuff.

Yikes. I picked my friend up in Boston around 6pm and when we got to Rockland the sky opened up so badly.

Well, a quick round of amoxicillin will usually clear it right up.

There are a couple bands on that bill I'd loooove to see, but not about to pay festival money for a handful of sets

I don't knock the festival life.

Some are better than others, for sure, but I love the ability to pay the equivalent of one show to see 14 shows. Depends on the overnight/food situation/etc too. We're 45 minutes out from Newport so that's a no brainer. Moe down is a shade under 5 hours away, so that's a whole different animal.

    I'll take a look see..

    What's your speed?

Depends, usually for a festival day show if there's 2 bands I like it's worth it..of course depending too whereabouts they'll play. 5 songs isn't enough for me.

This. I would love to do road trips for those but it's not feasible for me presently

All of which I'll do as well.

That lineup looks good but for me Killswitch Engage and Suicidal Tendencies are the main things..I'll have to see what the cost and my schedule is

Yeah, last year we stayed in the Hilton Garden across the street.

Was booked solid as soon as I booked my tickets.

We're only about 40 minutes, so, we'll just drive I guess. Not worth driving to Auburn for a room...

    These are the connectors.

I have one of these down to my MPPT controller to the battery:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGR81JDW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

I can't find the MPPT controller I have at the moment, but it looks like this, this one would work too:

    https://www.amazon.com/Bateria-Powe...prefix=mppt+controller,lawngarden,101&sr=1-16

^^^ That one actually has the connectors to go direct to the panel. It depends how you want to run the wires and where you want connectors. I have mine connected to the adapter on the roof, and then have a lot less in the engine bay.

That's to get it to the main 12V battery.

To get it to a power station, you need to connect it to a 12V charger port.

    https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Co...atable/dp/B0CF9MS8VC?smid=A20HSLXRXOWZW6&th=1

This kit has the whole shebang for it, so you could use it with anything.

It looks very similar to the one I have, but looking at the mounting holes - they look different (if that's how they actually show up). Mine has holes spaced in, what I assume is, some sort of standardized fashion - it fit directly onto my roof rack spacing using some combination of bolt holes and spacing. And the holes on mine fit a 1/4-20 bolt straight through it, the bolt head slides into the 8020 rails (with some convincing at times) and she's solid.

55, free shipping - if the fastening works, it's good. If you need to deal with some BS fastener drama, you're going to pay the balance of what i paid for mine (about 100) to deal with all that shenanigans. It looks like it might use those panel clips:

Also just to add, I just found this picture in random googling, and hot damn, this would have made my life so much easier (and since I have to rewire my chase lights, this might be an option to move to)

Oh I like that last pic especially.

I always forget about the controller between the panel and power station. Yeah there’s a code for 20% off so $44 shipped seems cheap
