    My bro-in-law was a crew chief on C-130s; he's a Big Time Tarheels Fan!

    He retired in 2004 as Aircraft Electro/Environmentalist Specialist.

    The Warthog (Tank Killer) was a badass aircraft too!

    My favorite Military Weapon: weekend barracks cleaning. I don't care how stubborn a Lance Corporal was, as soon as I started impacting his or her free time, changes happened. Field Day (room cleaning) failure? See you at 7 AM on a Saturday. Show up late to formation more than 2x? See you on Saturday and Sunday at certain intervals to practice getting places on time. Uniform looks like a bag of ass? I guess you aren't going on 96 hour liberty because we need to review how to wash and fold cammies.

    Sure, it meant I had to be there and in uniform but damn, what a weapon. Worked every time.

    Me too, give me a Mark 19 I'll be happy all day. The 203 was a pain the ass.

    The larger the weapon system the less connected to it you are. I like the feel and smells.
