Most mechanics advised me to do this. Due to the heat in the Gulf countries. I also noticed a slight sound in diff when i use 75w85 from factory

75-140 is in the owners manual for 2ndgen in hot climates or constant heavy loads. 3rd has same diff, right?

just like engine oils, the required viscosity is not what you "feel" like using, it is based on temperature ranges. right there in the owners manual too...

if it is hot outside, no it wont damage anything.
if you used 75-140 in the winter in Canada, you would probably get terrible fuel mileage.

you can download the owners manual for free from Toyota.

Thanks dear i have found the manual it is 75w85 But they did not mention in cold weather or hot weather.
What do you think about 75w90 from ford. (motorcraft) all other brands are fake in my country that why i go to 75w140 from lucas

You can use literally any brand of diff fluid - Tacoma diffs do not need LSD additive. Ford, Lucas, Shell... with or without LSD additive will all work. You'd be fine using 140 in a hot climate.

If it's that hot, I'd consider a slightly heavier engine oil as well (0w-30). Not explicitly called out in the manual, but a higher second number oil is suggested for high heat or stress conditions.

Ok. But I have a small question. Does this oil get thicker or thinner as the temperature rises?

All oil gets thinner (less viscous) as temperature rises. And a heavier weight means it's more viscous.

The two-number oils are special, in that they act like two different types of oil, depending on the temperature.

When cold, the 75-140 acts like a 75 weight oil. When hot, the 75-140 acts like a 140 weight oil. So you get the added viscosity of the 140 at high temp, without it being too thick at low temps (starting).

75-85 and 75-140 should be identical at starting temps.

75-85 will be thinner than 75-140 at high temps, and both will be thinner than at starting temps. However, both will also be thicker than regular 75 weight oil at high temps.

Similar logic goes for the engine oil, comparing 0w-20 and 0w-30: at start, they are the same, and at high temps the -30 is thicker.

75-90 would be perfectly fine in any climate for the average driver. Consistent towing and heavy off road would benefit from a heavier oil. If you are not doing towing and off road, then it is a waste of fuel and time to go to 140, in my opinion. But, you do what you are comfortable with.

Do kinda have to note, weight of the oil does have less meaning nowadays, especially if going with high quality brands where lower viscosity oils match the viscosity at higher temps of what initally higher viscosity oils turn into under heat.

Kind of a mixed bag to that point, but looking a product data sheets, if avaliable from the manufacturer would do more to answer your questions of what weight to go with. One of those deals where the old adage of picking the viscosity based on region is becoming just that, an old adage for a older time.
