I purchased my 2022 Tacoma TRD Off-Road about four months ago. It seems almost brand new, with less than 10,000 miles.

Tonight, while testing my newly installed aftermarket fog lights, I noticed that my low beams aren't working, which is slightly concerning since they were working not too long ago. All other lights, including the high beams, turn signals, and high beam indicators are functioning normally.

I recently changed the front bumper, installed aftermarket fog lights, and added raptor lights. The raptor lights have never caused any issues and are connected to a completely different fuse from the headlights. Nothing near the headlights was altered during these processes. However I did unplug the TSS sensor, but this was done while the battery was disconnected.

In my investigation, I have confirmed that all fuses are functional, all relays are working properly, and the interior low beam toggle is fully operational. The only potential issue I can think of is that the battery might be going bad, as I’ve received some battery-saving warnings from my Tacoma recently. Additionally, all the vehicle's lights almost completely fade when starting the vehicle.

I should also mention that the truck came with factory Tacoma LED lights, so there are no halogen bulbs to burn out.

I apologize if this post is not in the correct section. This is my first time using Tacoma World. Thanks in advance for any help!

If you have a meter or test light, check to see if you have 12V at the red (drivers side) or blue (passengers side, next to the yellow wire, same location as the red on the drivers side. They use 2 blue wires on the passengers). I am betting you don’t since both lights are not working, but best to start with eliminating stuff from the end of the line working backwards generally.

Sounds like it's the new aftermarket fogs. Uninstall and reinstall oem. See what happens.
