Doesn't matter what any of us think.
It's going to be worth what someone is willing to pay and how bad they want it.

Yeah, I've been saving for a while, and trying to find a good deal is hard. I mean I got another story i can share with anyone interested. So like 2 years ago i was browsing fb marketplace like a dumbass for the tacoma, keep in mind I've never bought a car from marketplace. So I found one, it was voodo blue 2020, only had 30k miles...Manual.... and only for 20k cash. So we pulled up to a gas station with my uncle (knows more about mechanics) and saw the seller was some kid like 20 years old with crocs . Immediately started giving me weird vibes, anyways, the truck looked really nice and didnt have rust on frame. and uncle checked for anything mechanically and engine everything checked out. We test drove it and it seemed fine. So at the last moment, my uncle remembered he had brought a code scanner, so he plugged it in and it immediately gave us a red flag. the code scanner wasn't matching the car model, it was giving him a 2017 truck and different vin. Immediately, we backed off and said we were weirded out. Guy just looked at us and told us the scanners sometimes don't work...Moral of the story... marketplace and dealerships are scams... so where do i buy from???

When you are serious about buying a specific vehicle (ready to sign a PO) have a qualified shop (not toyota) go thru the rig and give you a mechanical and general condition report so you can make better purchase and price decisions or, maybe just walkaway from someone else's POS trade in/walkaway and not put it in your garage..... Used vehicles have become so expensive and the cost of parts and labor to repair has gone absolutely nuts so not getting a vehicle professional evaluated prior to purchase is just silly.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
What kind of chips? For $6 bucks better at least have some vinegar to go with the salt.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
Some are not keeping up with inflation. *Base price of 2024 Off Road DCSB....

    $41,800

Mildy* optioned it hits $50k in no time.

OP, in my area I see these 2018 Manuals...

    105,000mi - 28K
    72,000 - 31,7K
    90,600 - 32K
    124,000 - 28.5K

Only one of 11 is an Off Road model.

Good luck. Manual is the way for 3rd gen.

Seems a bit high in price but it's up to you. I searched for 3 months til I found the spec I was looking for (TRD OR Access Cab in MGM) for the right price.

You have to also take into consideration the high interest rate on a high mileage six year old vehicle. Also consider the resale value might drop way down as you will be quite high in miles when you go to sell it. Plus you have the risk of one or more very expensive repairs along with a lot of small repairs. Today no repair is cheap. You might do the math on getting a new but much more basic model.

Understand, the people who will be in the market for this truck after you are finished with it, are people who are unable to obtain legitimate credit. Therefore the next buyer after you is a tote a note car lot. Those reptiles are not going to give you anything for what might then be a 200,000 mile truck. But they will be the only ones with the cash to pay you. Therefore your total cost of ownership, price+repairs minus resale, might be very high.

I just bought a 14 TRD OR with 123k miles for $22,000. No dogs in this fight just thought I'd throw in my .02. Though it did have full service history at the Toyota dealership.

It’s a roll the dice scenario . 120 k miles is not a crazy amount if you knew the history of service . Because of three owners you don’t . As good as Tacoma’s are, ( and they are regardless of some of the complainers on this site ) some idiot could have owned it and not did the right thing . Or just the opposite . All that said I would say a fair price is 22 -23 k the most . If you go and check it out and it drives well and checks out mechanically . Then if you do want it that’s where I would start negotiating if it were me. Then once you put a max number in your head stick to it or walk

120 is way too many miles for the year.
