    OK. ive searched and searched.
Ive found answers about 285/70's on STOCK TRD offroad rims (yes, they fit)
Ive found answers about 285/75's on AFTERMARKET rims. (yes, they fit)

Ive found LOTS of people say "285/75's on stock TRD rims will rub...or at least they do on my 3rd gen" but a 3rd gen is not a 4th gen...

Ive seen that video where they try 255's, 285/70's and 285/75's but they dont reaaaaalllly load the truck or flex it.

Does anyone have REAL WORLD FIRST HAND knowledge of 285/75r17's , on STOCK offroad rims, no lift and have driven them around or even wheeled a little bit.Yes, i know you can remove the pad. Id love to hear if that was enough to not rub.

My plan is 285/75r17 FWP AT4's with no lift. I wish they came a little lighter, but alas....they dont. If they dont fit, i'll go 285/70, but would really rather the extra height. May end up going the 255, but they fall too deeply within the fenders.

Im sorry. i hate when people ask repeated questions, but honestly, I searched and cannot find this combo with anyone not testing them on a truck still up on a lift. Its not real world enough. If im wrong, point me in the right direction!
